MIKE HICKEY

Mr Hickey joined Wolfson in September 2008 as Chief Executive Officer Designate and became Chief Executive Officer on 1 January 2009. Mr Hickey joined Wolfson from Motorola Inc, where from March 2005 he held various senior positions in Motorola’s mobile device business. Most recently he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Multimedia product organisation, reporting directly to the Mobile Devices business president. Previously, he held senior positions at Alcatel Optronics and during an earlier period at Motorola, prior to which he worked for Digital Equipment Co. Ltd and Philips.

MARK CUBITT

CFO and FINANCIAL DIRECTOR

Mr Cubitt joined Wolfson in January 2007 and became CFO and Finance Director of the Company on 15 January 2007 and also serves on the Treasury committee. Mr Cubitt was the Finance Director of Babtie group from 2001 until the sale of the Company to Jacobs in 2004. Before joining Babtie Mr Cubitt was the Financial Director of Dawson International plc. He has also held a number of financial posts in Christian Salvessen Plc and its then subsidiary Aggreko. In 2005 Mark was awarded the Scottish Finance Director of the Year. Also, during the last year, he has been Chairman of BEAR Scotland Ltd. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in 1987, having graduated from Heriot-Watt University with a degree in Accountancy and Computer Science.
