ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT 2009 & NOTICE OF AGM

Following the release on 9 February 2010 of the Company’s preliminary full year results announcement for the 53 week period ended 3 January 2010 (the “Preliminary Announcement”), the Company announces that it has today published its Annual Report and Accounts 2009.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2009 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting for 2010 and Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders.

FOURTH QUARTER & FULL YEAR RESULTS TO 3 JANUARY 2010

Wolfson Microelectronics plc announces its fourth quarter and audited full year results for 2009.

Mike Ruettgers, Chairman of Wolfson Microelectronics, said:

“2009 was a difficult year across the consumer electronics industry. Wolfson battened down the hatches, achieved its objectives and successfully expanded the product base.
