Wolfson is a fabless company. This places a great importance on our relationship with supplier partners - and on you as a key member of our operations team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our partners have the capability and the capacity to satisfy our demands.
Strong relationships are key and you’ll need excellent communication skills and the ability to be assertive when it really counts. With a keen understanding of the manufacturing process, you’ll know how to identify any weaknesses in the production chain - and how to correct them.
In operations, it’s vital that the right components get to the right customers wherever they are in the world. You’ll be one of the people responsible for making this happen. Positions may be UK-based or at one of our regional offices, with plenty of scope for international travel.
