The Directors of Wolfson Microelectronics plc (LSE: WLF) will be announcing the Company's fourth quarter and full year results for the period ended 3 January 2010 on Tuesday 9 February 2010.

Mike Hickey, Chief Executive Officer and Mark Cubitt, Finance Director will be hosting a presentation on the day at 9.30 am to analysts at JP Morgan Cazenove, 20 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6DA.
