We are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors for Sonaptic Ltd have agreed to the acquisition of the company by Wolfson Microelectronics plc. We are very excited about this evolution of our business, the opportunities and benefits it will provide, including the stability it will ensure for our customers going forward. All of the existing members of our team will transfer to Wolfson Microelectronics plc and we will continue to operate from our current office and facilities, ensuring seamless transition of our operations. We remain completely committed to our products and roadmaps. The combination of Sonaptics’ technology and Wolfson Microelectronics world leading electronic design capability will allow us to bring to market an enhanced range of products with unparalleled performance and quality. In addition, through Wolfson, access to volume semiconductor manufacture and experience, global supply chains, technical customer support and financial stability will allow us to significantly expand our current capability and support to you. Sonaptic and Wolfson will be working together to ensure that the integration is as quick and efficient as possible.As part of this integration, we have migrated the key information from the Sonaptic website onto the Wolfson website.
