Fourth successive Fast 50 award for Wolfson

Edinburgh, UK, 29 October 2004. Wolfson Microelectronics plcs (LSE:WLF.L) growth in 2004 has led to its being named in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 for Scotland for the fourth year in succession.
We are proud to be counted amongst Scotlands fastest 50 growing companies for the fourth year in succession. We are continuing to see rapid growth, and have recently guided investors to expect an annual growth rate of 50%-55% in 2004, with particular emphasis on Japan and the USA, commented Wolfson CEO, David Milne.
The Deloitte Technology Fast 50 programme was created to recognise the contribution that fast growing technology companies make to the economy. This year's companies were judged on turnover growth over the years 2001 to 2003 and this year's top 50 were named at the annual awards night held on 28th October 2004 at the Glasgow Science Centre.
