COMMERCIAL
Customer Quality Manager
LOCATION : Korea
DEPARTMENT : Sales
REPORTING TO : Country/Territory Manager

We are looking for a Customer Quality Manager to join our Sales team in Korea. You will have a qualification in Electronic Engineering or similar subject and a proven track record in electronics component distribution/support, preferably with a Quality Assurance background. Your excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with your ability to build good working relationships with customers and colleagues ensure you are able to resolve quality issues while maintaining a positive Company image. You will possess excellent English communications skills and you will be required to explain technical detail to non-technical managers. The ability to speak Korean is essential.
The key duties of the role can be summarised as:
- The first line management of regional customer quality enquiries and complaints ensuring that Customer quality issues and concerns are acknowledged, resolved and/or directed to the appropriate part of the Wolfson organisation to achieve rapid correction and prevention of recurrence
- To develop relationships with Customers to ensure and enhance Wolfson’s reputation as a recognised quality supplier.
- Ensure that Customers’ service quality needs are understood by the rest of the organisation, in support of local Sales initiatives and priorities including the completion of customer questionnaires.
- When there are customer issues the post-holder is required to work with customers and Quality to identify the problem, collect the data and, if there is an identifiable problem, help to expedite the RMA procedure.
