Wolfson privacy policy

We take the privacy of our users seriously. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users while providing a personalised service. This Privacy Policy explains our data processing practices and only applies to this website. Other websites to which this website links are not covered by this Privacy Policy.

1. Security

   We employ encryption technology in all areas of the site which require you to provide your personal or account information. This is done to help protect you from unauthorised use of the information you are sending to our server.

Such third parties shall only contact you where you have provided your consent when registering with wolfsonmicro.com or subsequently.

8. Disclosures

   We may share your information with third parties with whom we have a business relationship, some of whom may be outside the European Union but only where you have provided your consent to us.
   We may also share your information with other members of the Wolfson group of companies for the purpose of dealing with your order, enquiry or request or to allow them to contact you about relevant promotions, service or activities.

   In order to serve you most efficiently, some aspects of fulfilment of your order, enquiry or request are handled by reputable third party distribution institutions. They receive the information needed to verify and process your order, enquiry or request. They are under strict obligations to keep your personal information private. By submitting your order, enquiry or request, you give us consent to such information sharing.

   You have the right to apply for a copy of the information we hold about you (for which we may make a small charge to cover the cost of administration) and to have any inaccuracies corrected. 10. Law enforcement
